Any type of uppers, the machine is particulary indicated to manage uppers with precemented boards or solvent activated counters.
The operator loads an upper, with counter inserted, onto the heated mould, pulling pincers tension the upper then moulding phase starts: the inner mould moves upwards and rubber pad clamps by two lateral air inflated bags, by heating and pressure counter is activated and the materials (upper, counter and lining) are laminated togheter without defects. Backpart of the upper at this point is moulded and the shape is stabilized. When settled time is dwell, the upper is released while moulds return to start position to allow unloading and new cycle.

Pulling pincers are pivoted to allow regulation of the gripping position according to the mould curve.

The pulling direction can be settled according to the type of upper.

Heated moulds are constructed according to the shape of customer’s last.
